Products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated during the process of ordering. Our standard articles (ACTIVE COLLECTION) are generally sent within 2 working days.
The deliveries are carried out only on working days. We decline any responsibility regarding the delivery of the articles. If your transmitted inaccurate information, ATAWA PROJECT can not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering and for not respecting deadlines.
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, the customs duties and other possible taxes are the responsibility of our customers.
We have a 30-Day Exchange Policy* for all products (ACTIVE COLLECTION only) from the date the item is received.
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached.
- Please return and exchange items in the provided clear bag to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.
- Goods purchased at reduced prices are not eligible for a return nor an exchange.
- We reserve the right to adjust return credits if original items are not received in new condition.
*All exchanges are subject to Product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances. Don’t hesitate to contact us in case of exchange.

HOW TO RETURN
For Switzerland, return your order with the shipping label provided in the package. Please make sure to tape it correctly so that it arrives at its destination in Bulle.
For Europe, return your order to the address below, using your own carrier. We recommend that you use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference.

In the case where an exchange of goods is possible, we invoice the 2nd shipping. Expenses of return remain the customer’s responsibility.
